Healthy eating

Get a healthy eating stall at your public event: we can offer a range of exciting stalls to really get people engaged with healthy living messages at your public event. From smoothie-give-aways to guess the watermelon weight, all delivered by our qualified community nutrition advisers. Find out how.

Help your community group eat healthily: we offer healthy living workshops or cooking courses for your community group here at Manor Gardens or at your base.

And, if English is not the best way to communicate the health information you’re interested in, then we have a range of interpreters who can help you find out about issues from diabetes to immunisations.

Mental wellbeing

We attend events and meetings to raise awareness of mental health and to promote healthy lifestyles. We can do myth-busting quizzes or presentations to get people talking, as well as signpost to appropriate local services.

Get Dramatherapy for people in your care: Roundabout Drama Therapy could help your group improve confidence, build relationships, stimulate their imagination and much more. Whether you work with older adults, vulnerable young people or adults with a learning disability, call 0207 263 4076 or visit their website.

Live music: Healthy Generations runs projects reducing isolation for vulnerable people, helping you stay healthy, independent and fully involved in your community.

Tackling Female Genital Mutilation

FGM safeguarding training in your workplace: even professionals may not know where to start if they are concerned about a girl in their care. Our tailored safeguarding training for professionals can help.

Get your community group talking about FGM: if you’re concerned about how FGM is affecting your community, our workshops will explain the law around FGM and what it can mean for women’s health.
