Our Mental Wellbeing Service exists to ensure that you can get the advice and support you need, so we’ve collected together a list of local and online mental health services and information sites. If you have a specific query email us on wellbeing@manorgardenscentre.org.

Samaritans can help you get emotional support 24 hours a day if you are experiencing thoughts of suicide. Email: jo@samaritans.org or phone: 08457 90 90 90 (24 hours a day, everyday)

Maytree Respite Centre offers help and a place to stay if you’re experiencing thoughts of suicide. You can self-refer or refer someone you are concerned about. Email: maytree@maytree.org.uk or phone: 020 7263 7070
