Crystal Rolfe

Crystal Rolfe is a strategic leader in health, currently serving as Director of Strategy at the Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID). Her career spans the voluntary, health, and public sectors, with clinical expertise as an audiologist and an MSc in Health Psychology from UCL. Crystal has held several governance roles, including as a school governor and trustee at a youth charity in London. She joined Manor Gardens Welfare Trust as a trustee in 2016 and became Chair in 2022. She also serves as a trustee for the national charity Asthma and Lung UK, bringing a user-centred and research-informed approach to all her strategic and governance work.
